Cream the Rabbit is a supporting character in Archie Comics' Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series.
She is a 6-year-old mobian rabbit who used to live a peaceful and quiet life with her mother Vanilla and her pet chao Cheese and his twin brother Chocola until the tyranny of Dr. Eggman found its way to the rabbits. After that, she has found herself as an ally and good friend to some of her world's most honorable heroes, some of which include Amy Rose and Sonic the Hedgehog of the Knothole Freedom Fighters. She would eventually join one of their factions Team Freedom, helping to save their new town Mobotropolis from the Eggman Empire and other evil threats.
Appearance[]
Cream is a cream-colored anthropomorphic rabbit with cinnamon eyes with a white muzzle and a brown nose. It has Princeton orange markings around the eyes, on the head and at the tips of the ears. On her eyes she has two long lashes and a small fluffy tail protruding from her dress.
She wears a sleeveless vermilion suit with a white collar and blue tie, white gloves with a gold cufflink on each cuff, white socks, and vermilion and yellow slip-on shoes with gray soles. Her ears also have pink colored canals and are usually turned back and tucked behind the head.
Personality[]
Cream is a very polite and kind being, she is a very brave, selfless and caring child and loves to have fun. She is always ecstatic to make new friends and visit new places. She loves her mother very much and strives to be like her. Due to her emphasis on the importance of kindness and good manners, she has a very low tolerance for rudeness of any kind; even the thought that others are dishonest can cause her to be upset and disappointed. Cream is also a lot smarter than she seems.
Powers and Abilities[]
Using her lop rabbit ears, Cream is able to fly high off the ground, and the amount of strength she uses enables her to carry loads larger than herself (such as Amy and her Piko Piko Hammer).
Trivia[]
- Cream and her friendship with Cheese are a pun on "cream cheese," while her relationship with her mother is a pun of "vanilla cream." Vanilla, Cream and Cheese are all names that involve some sort of dessert.
- According to Ian Flynn's Q&A, Cream enjoys healthy snacks, but is also fond of ice cream and baked goods.
