Creeply Rattlechains is the tritagonist of The Spooky Tales Of Captain Underpants.
Creeply Rattlechains is the owner of Hall-O-Warehouse who helps George Beard and Harold Hutchins to uncannel Halloween and defeat Melvin Sneedly and Mr. Krupp.
He is voiced by Stephen Tobolowsky.
Biography[]
Determined to save Halloween, George Beard, Harold Hutchins, and Erica Wang go to a macabre house. They are let in by Creeply Rattlechains, the owner of the Hall-O-Warehouse. He allows George and Harold to convert his home into a haunted house.
George and Harold’s parents are the first ones to enter. Finding the experience of being scared exhilarating, they sign a signature to uncancel Halloween. Melvin Sneedly then uses an Inanimaitator 2000 to bring the Halloween decorations to life. The boys turn Mr. Krupp into Captain Underpants to defeat the Evil Living Halloween Decorations. Captain Underpants puts the monsters in a closet and wraps Creeply's house in underwear.
Thinking their plan succeeded, George and Harold tell Creeply that they have enough signatures to uncancel Halloween, but Melvin makes Halloween illegal, which horrifies George and Harold, before the cops try to arrest them.
But the boys make a spoof called “Hack-o-ween” a re-version of Halloween to do it beautifully legal, where instead of costumes, they wear disguises, despite Erica saying that they're the same thing, Sneak-or-Snack instead of Trick-or-Treat, and instead of original Halloween monsters, Hack-o-Ween monsters like an orca doctor, a mix of a scorpion and an onion, and a frozen cobra. Even Creeply called in ballon guys to make Hack-O-Ween balloons.
Atfer George, Harold, Captain Underpants and Melvin destroy the balloons that are brought to life, Creeply's house became alive too, and since water got on Captain Underpants, who turned back into Mr. Krupp in this effect, they ended up being by themselves, and they and Melvin battle the animate house... by making a comic.
After that comic, it's inanimate again, but Creeply got a bill on his house for it.
Appearance[]
Creeply appears in a black coat. He also has a mustache and brown hair.
