Czeslaw Meyer (also known as Czes) is a major character in the light novel and anime series Baccano!. Despite looking like a ten-year-old boy, he's not actually a child at all — he is in fact one of the original people granted immortality by the demon Ronnie Schiatto onboard the Advenna Avis in 1711. However, he still has the emotional state of a child, often breaking into panicked fear and not trusting easily, though this is largely due to the abuse he suffered under his former guardian Fermet.
He is voiced by Akemi Kanda in the Japanese version of the anime and Maxey Whitehead in the English version.
