Dahlia is a minor character in One Piece manga. She is the first non-canon in the Amazon Lily and a member of the Kuja tribe.

Dahlia is a young woman with a long tied hair into the ponytail, long legs, and black eyes. She wore a dark black top, dark black briefs with white frills with each sides. She also has a dark brown boots with white cape in her back on sides, and gold earrings.
