Dalek Omega is a supporting character in The Evil of the Daleks. He is one of three results of Human Factor experiment.
History[]
Dalek Omega is one of three Daleks which was given to Second Doctor, and Theodore Maxtible for the Human Factor experiment. Like his two brethren, Omega was successfully implanted with the Human Factor, which made him innocent and playful like a child; contrary to Dalek norms, he was given a name by the Doctor to reflect his new independence.
Despite his new pleasantness, he was still a Dalek, thus could be provoked into violence, which happened when the Doctor implanted the Human Factor into dozens of Daleks, which erupted a civil war between the Human-influenced Daleks and remaining pure Daleks.
Omega presumably died during the battle that nearly drove all Daleks to extinction.
