Daphne Blake is one of the three tritagonists (alongside Fred Jones and Velma Dinkley) of the 2009 direct to video live-action film Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins and its 2010 sequel Scooby-Doo! Curse Of The Lake Monster.
She is a high school teenage girl and a member of Mystery Inc.

Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins[]
Daphne Blake is first seen on the bus when Shaggy Rogers sit next to her. She leaves after he shows her the sandwich he's eating and sits next to Velma Dinkley. After Daphne, Shaggy, Velma and another student Fred Jones are accused of a school prank involving ghosts, they team up with Shaggy's talking dog Scooby Doo to clear their names and solve the mystery. During the mystery, she falls in love with Fred.
Scooby-Doo! Curse Of The Lake Monster[]
Daphne and her friends have been solving mysteries all over town. After Fred saves Daphne from falling, they start dating. When Daphne investigate lake monster sightings at a country owned by Daphne's Uncle Thorny, her relationship with Fred is put to the test.
