Daphne Blake is one of the protagonists of the 2020 Warner Bros. animated film Scoob!, the first installment of the Hanna-Barbera Cinematic Universe. She is the fashion-loving member of Mystery Inc. who tries to track down the infamous criminal Dick Dastardly.
She was voiced by Amanda Seyfried, who also played Sophie Sheridan in Universal's Mamma Mia! films, Cosette in Universal's Les Misérables, Mary "MK" Katherine in Blue Sky Studios' Epic, Samantha L. Jackson in Ted 2, and Mary in Warner Bros.' Pan. As a child, she was voiced by Mckenna Grace, who also played both the younger versions of Captain Marvel from Marvel Cinematic Universe's 2019 live-action film of the same name and Sabrina Spellman from Netflix's The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Spellman, and Phoebe Spengler in Columbia Pictures' Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

Daphne, Fred, and Velma met Scooby and Shaggy during trick-or-treating after two bullies steal Shaggy's candy and threw it to the Rigby House. Then they unmasked their first bad guy. Since then, they all became best friends and had many adventures together.
