Dark Choco Cookie is a major antagonist-turned-anti-hero in the Cookie Run franchise. He is a former member of the Cookie of Darkness and servant of Dark Enchantress Cookie. He is the son of Dark Cacao Cookie and the former prince of the fallen Dark Cacao Kingdom.
He was formerly voiced by Choi Won-hyeong and is currently voiced by Kwon Seong-hyeok in Korean, Isaac Robinson-Smith in English, Junichi Suwabe in Japanese, Chen Jinyl in Mandarin, Apichat Samutkhiri in Thai, Christian Reimer in German, and Benjamin Penamaria in French.
Biography[]
Dark Choco Cookie was born to Dark Cacao Cookie after being baked. At a young age, he saved Milk Cookie after he was baked by his tribe. The Dark Cacao Kingdom was destroyed when he obtained the Strawberry Jam Sword. After battling with his father, Dark Choco Cookie became exiled from the Dark Cacao Kingdom.
After Dark Choco Cookie was exiled from his kingdom, Pomegranate Cookie, Dark Enchantress Cookie's right hand, psychologically abused him into joining Cookies of Darkness.He hoped to envy the hope and ambition of Gingerbrave and his friends while they arrived at Blueberry Yogurt Academy.
After Dark Choco Cookie gets away from Cookies of Darkness, he returns to the Dark Cacao Kingdom, finding it in the process of reconstruction. Dark Choco Cookie confronts his dad, ensues in battle, and pushes him off the cliff. In favor of protecting his dad, Dark Choco Cookie severely injured Pomegranate Cookie as well as getting revenge on her for being tormented. In favor of searching for his own destiny, Dark Choco Cookie left the Cookies of Darkness and his Strawberry Jam Sword behind.
Personality[]
Dark Choco Cookie is a quiet and reserved individual. He has very low self-esteem, nearly constantly reflecting on his regretful past and lamenting how everyone is afraid of him. Truly, the only instances in which Dark Choco Cookie expresses confidence are when acknowledges the fearful power the Strawberry Jam Sword has given him. When interacting with those he has no obligation to oppose, he is relatively polite though he can become short towards others. Perhaps due both to his low self-image and his Dark Cacao origins, Dark Choco Cookie is highly against allowing himself anything pleasurable in life.
