Biography[]
From the moment David meets the Jar Dwellers, it is a match made in heaven. David’s Barnum and Bailey circus-like approach to them is a whole lot more fun than Sophie’s scientific one. It drives Sophie crazy when, after she begs, cajoles or even resorts to threats with little or no results, the JDs will go along with pretty much anything David says, just because David said it. This forces Sophie to begrudgingly accept that David is a vital part of her SOS program. And for David, they’re the closest thing to “pets” he may ever get.
