David the Gnome is the main character from the TV series in Spain of the same name. His character is based on one of them from the book: "The Secret Book of the Gnomes". He is a gnome around 358 years and is the eldest gnome in the forest. He is a doctor who is capable of helping patients who are usually animals, meaning he is in good health. His first appearance is in the episode "Good Medicine". In his last appearance, he is intertwined into an apple tree, along with the other gnomes in the episode ("The Mountains of Beyond").
