Background Information
Delfy is a very strict protector of the seas. He always keeps a look out whether the sea is clean or whether the sea is harmed by the notorious Captain Vinager and his assistant Boing the Kangaroo. Captain Vingear is most likely notorious in trying to stop Delfy from protecting the seas from danger. And best of all, he protects the Baby Whale from being eating by the sharks named Sharky and Sharko.
Periodically, Delfy is very serious in protecting the citizens of the seas to prevent danger from being spread from across the entire ocean. That is the case when Captain Vinager tries to stop him and his friends. Sometimes, he and his allies work together to stop Vinager and Boing from causing too much havoc. He also has a sister named Chees, also his sister and his girlfriend. However, he is protective of his girlfriend.
