Delta easily catching up to a train, even in the snow.
Delta, originally known as Sara, is one of the female main protagonist of the anime, manga, light novel, and webnovel series The Eminence in Shadow. She is the fourth member of the Seven Shadow of Shadow Garden.
She was voiced by Fairouz Ai in Japanese and Raven Troup in English.
Appearance[]
As a beastkin, she has black long wolf ears with grey fur inside, black hairs attached with two large gold ring with also two gold balls and a blue tassel attached and finally a large black tail.
Like other members of Seven Shadows, her Shadow Garden uniform is a dark uniform made out of dark slime with gold decorations around her arms. Two purple stone on top of chest and a diamond symbole in the middle. She has feather accessories around her neck and her stomach area is exposed. She will also wear a mask sometime to protect her identity.
Personality[]
Like any beastkins, she is a tomboy who loves fighting and always portray as a musclehead and like a child. Delta deeply admire and loves Shadow. Gamma and her rivalry since they were children, but none of them care for each others. When fighting against her enemies, she shows no mercy again them, leaving none of them alive. Sometime she will even go in savage her comrades and master, being a common characteristic of beastkin, like others of her species she will always follow and respect the strongest life form, like her master, Shadow. In consequence, this unfortunately caused her to brutally murder his own brother, Olé with no hesitation that she viewed as weak.
Despite occasional conflicts with her comrades, she abstains from physical aggression towards them, regarding them as her newfound family, though she may resort to biting out of frustration. She views Zeta as a competitor, their rivalry rooted in food theft and teasing. Treating named and numbered individuals as younger siblings, she playfully engages with them during leisure time, displaying affection reminiscent of a devoted pet.
Delta's proclivity for violence, characteristic of her beastkin lineage, frequently leads to impulsive responses, often viewing killing as a viable solution to problems or even as a source of amusement. Another trait of her beastkin culture is the desire to produce strong offspring, as such she wishes to have a hundred children with Shadow - although, despite beastkin biology, it is unlikely that she could realistically produce that many alone, thus tying into her generally childlike demeanour, i.e. ignorance of how procreation actually works. Beyond her instincts, another reason that she seeks intimacy with Cid is out of strong affection.
She disregarded directives to exercise restraint when attacking Nelson, driven by her innate hunting instinct, a passion akin to Shadow. Delta demonstrates a notable lack of shame; when her gelatinous bodysuit dissolved during combat due to a magical energy seal, she swiftly covered herself with armor like a scant bikini and persisted in the fight, unimpaired by her exposed skin. Despite subsequent developments, she failed to mend her attire, opting to remain in the makeshift armor. Although, her lack of shame may be more due to a combination of beastkin culture and her innocent mindset, which fails to judge such exposure as improper. With a sharp sense of smell, she readily detects the scent of fellow beastkin, being frequently assigned as the to guide thanks to her ability.
