Demo Derby is one of the nine main protagonists of the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Camp Crush cartoon series, along with her other friends. She is an anthropomorphic monster truck that lives on Monster Truck Island with the Camp Crush Crew, who often compete in crazy challenges and protect the island from evil. She is one of two female members of the crew. She likes to be reckless and unpredictable, going crazy and finding the most fun way to get past obstacles, regardless if such recklessness is unnecessary. She is voiced by Amanda Habrowski.

Normal form[]
Demo Derby is one of two trucks in the series to have tire printings, with Gunkster being the other. She has an SUV body style, with graffiti all over her. She is also one of two trucks in the series to have two completely different decals on both sides, with Bone Shaker being the other. She is primarily colored red. Her right side contains of the number 68 spray painted along the door, along with a smiley face spray painted on and the Hot Wheels logo. She also has a small strip of caution tape on the right front fender. Her left side has the Hot Wheels logo entirely printed across the side, with the number 68 spray painted above it, with some caution tape under it.
Her hood contains more caution tape along with the Hot Wheels logo and the number 68. Her roof is more of a teal color, with the signature smiley face, Hot Wheels logo, and a massive white "X" across it. Her tailgate looks similar to the hood, with more caution tape, the Hot Wheels logo, and the number 68. She has a blue roll cage with a yellow chassis. She is also the only truck in the series to have different colored rims on both axles, as she has black rims on the front axle, and red rims on the back. Her front tires have yellow markings on them, and her back tires have the outline of the Hot Wheels logo, with the signature smiley face.

Her appearance is mainly the exact same in this form, just with neon lights all over it.
Power Smashers form[]

While her appearance doesn't change much in this form, she does have a couple of major changes in this form. She now has lightning bolts all over her body to symbolize energy, which can also emit from her back. Her roll cage changes to a transparent gray instead of blue, and the chassis is now blue. Her tires change from black to yellow, and her tire printings on both sets of tires are not visible in this form. She also now has clear rims on both axles.
Personality[]
Demo Derby is arguably the most reckless out of all the Camp Crush Crew members. She likes to find the most "fun" way to do something, such as during season 2, where she refuses to cross a bridge over Crankshaft Canyon and uses a loop to get across instead. She likes to make things fun and exciting for all her friends, regardless if such recklessness is unnecessary. This recklessness gives her nickname "the Wild Card." She can sometimes be full of herself (like a lot of the trucks in the group) and it can lead to her downfall, such as in season 1, where she gets stuck in a tree due to driving backwards out of confidence.

She cares for her fellow monster trucks, and is quick to coming up with plans to help them get out of certain situations, like in the season 3 finale, where she comes up with a plan to use "crash physics" to cross a chasm. She can be sarcastic at times when she gets angry, such as when Gunkster pranks her or others. She can get angry at times, especially when she loses, as she can be a sore loser at times. She likes to be a voice of reason, as she calls others out when they act ridiculous, especially Gunkster, even if her calling others out for being mischievous can be hypocritical on her part. She is reckless, but she is kind, and likes to have fun.
