Dia is one of the ten main characters of Yohane the Parhelion. She works as a Chief in Staff for the Numazu Administrative Bureau with her assistant, Kohaku and she is the older sister of Ruby. She also had a costume form who becomes herself known as Scarlet Delta. Its unknown if Dia's last name have "Kurosawa" like her main counterpart.
She is voiced by Komiya Arisa in the Japanese.

Dia is a responsible young lady who seeks to aid the town in light of the mysterious noises plaguing it. While affable and kind, she's also a perfectionist, and can't stand to see a rule broken or paperwork unfiled. She cares deeply about her little sister, her friends and town citizens.
