Diggs is an Alsatian Police Dog and the main protagonist of Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.

He is voiced by James Marsden, who also played Cyclops in the X-Men Series, Prince Edward in Enchanted, Fred O'Hare in Hop and Tom Wachowski from Sonic the Hedgehog (2020 film).

Appearance

He is brown and black German Shepherd.

Personality

He is arrogant, dimwitted, rebellious, impulsive, and egotistical.

Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore

It is reveal that he never trust anyone but himself.

He was initially thrown off the police force because of his disobedience. He became a laughing stock to the other dogs. However he was recruited to join D.O.G H.Q. in order to defeat Kitty Galore by Butch, an Anatolian Shepherd Dog. He continues to disobey orders and he got thrown off of D.O.G. He begins to learn the errors of his ways.

After Kitty Galore is defeated he goes back to live with Shane Larson, his handler in the police force.
