Doc Badger is a supporting character of Blade Runner 2049 and the anime series Blade Runner: Black Lotus. He is the Pawn shop owner on Los Angeles with supposed to be would everything from the people, although has real animals.
He was voiced by Takayuki Kinba in Japanese and Barkhad Abdi in English.
