In 1983 Billy along with his goddaughter named [[Stephanie (The Christmas of Terror book)|Stephanie]] , were on their way to execute Pericles secretly from the others however as they were about to do that they see Pericles along with 2 other patients named George and Michael running out of the asylum, Billy tries to shoot them but fails, the next day he and Sheriff Vladimir were looking for Pericles, eventually they find Pericles when they arrive at the mountain and saved Georgia. Billy shoots Pericles 3 times, apparently killing him then Sheriff Vladimir, Georgia and Billy leave with Vladimir's police car. |

1973-1983
After Pericles killed his sister, Doctor Billy became his doctor, in 1978 Pericles killed another patient in the asylum.
