Dogbert is one of the main protagonists of Scott Adam's comic strip Dilbert. Dogbert is the pet dog of the titular character, Dilbert. He is portrayed as one of if not the most intelligent being in his universe and certainly the wisest, observing and predicting behavior of all other characters with laser precession, by assuming the worst in people. Though Dogbert enjoys tormenting his "owner" daily with mean pranks or just out witting him, one of the only things the otherwise amoral canine cares about is Dilbert. While Dogbert will usually leave his owner to get into whatever messes he can on occasion Dogbert will provide a devious/simplistic scheme to solve an otherwise impossible problem. He is voiced by Chris Elliot.
