Doggy is the major character in Piggy. Formerly a police officer, he was infected by Willow and turned into an infected. He started off as once of the protagonists of the first half of Book 1 and Book 2, before turned into the supporting antagonists of the series.
Biography[]
Partnering with Player[]
At some point, Doggy was a partner with the Player who was presumably still a police officer and not a detective at the time. This was presumably done by Doggy's choice or Doggy's boss paired them up. Since then, they have been on every case together.
Gallery Incident[]
Sometime before Willow's arrest, there was a reported robbery at the Gallery, it is unknown who the robber was and what Doggy and Player did to stop them but after that, the Gallery closed. This caused Doggy's dislike for galleries mentioned in Player's journal.
Hunt for Willow[]
The Hunt[]
After Willow's parents were arrested and Daisy went to the military, Willow stole things across the City to take care of her younger brother, William, and Doggy and the Player heard about it and started to hunt for Willow. The Player started doing some investigation to find her.
The Alleys Arrest[]
The Player's investigation led to the Alleys, where her parents were arrested and then Rash started chasing them. Doggy and the Player managed to crack open Willow's room and arrested her along with Rash. They went back to the police station to place them into prison cells.
The Present[]
A Day-Off[]
After the Player was no longer partners with Doggy, Doggy's boss gave Doggy a day-off for all of his hard work so he rested at the Station. The Station got raided by Mother, which caused police officers to escape and leave Doggy behind in a hurry, because of which Doggy hid in the garage. Later, when the Player got to the Station, they were informed by Doggy through a loudspeaker that there is an infected in the station and that they meet him in a garage. After encountering Mother, the Player managed to get the gas can, which he then utilized to fuel Doggy's car and drive away from the Station.
Gallery Escape[]
Doggy's car ran out of gas in the middle of the city, whereupon the car was cornered by Mother, Father and Sheepy, so they had no choice but to go into the Gallery. Once they got inside, they sealed the doors as quick as they could until they found out that Father managed to get inside. Once they unlocked the sealed door, they talked for a little while and then decided to head towards the forest.
Life in a forest and Becoming Infected[]
At the forest, the Player and Doggy set up a campfire and settled at an abandoned campsite. Sometimes they would both go on supply runs in the city. One night, four weeks after their escape from Gallery, when they were sleeping, Doggy and Player were forced to drink a potion of Substance - 128 on Willow's order, which causes Doggy to become infected, and the Player didn’t. Shortly after Willow and Pony left, Sheepy came here in the forest. When the Player woke up, Doggy and Sheepy chased them around the forest, until they escaped.
Hallucinations[]
Since he became an infected, he continued to roam around the forest, infecting anyone who came into his sight. The Player started to have multiple hallucinations of him from Hospital - Chapter 6 to Plant - Chapter 12. This is due to the Player being attacked by an infected. There was also a picture of him and Poley at the Police Station in Player's Room to remember him, as well as Doggy's note to "Sir" asking about the Player's promotion from a police officer into a detective. He is also seen in the Player's memories in Temple - Chapter 10.
Battle against TIO[]
When the Player fights against TIO alongside their allies, Doggy appears as a hallucination in the castle section of the 2nd phase. When he is given a bone by the Player, he attacks TIO.

- Doggy is based on a Peppa Pig character, Danny the Dog.
