Dominic Trapani is the main protagonist of the Godfather 2 game. he is the don of the Trapani crime family after Aldo Trapani.
he is voiced by Chris Cox.
History[]
not much is known about Dominic's past except the he was once an underboss of the Trapani crime family by his mentor and adopted father Aldo Trapani the original don. during that time, he was sent to see Hyman Roth in Cuba in 1958 for a meeting with other crime families like the Corleones, the Granados, the Magnanos and the Almedias. when the Cuban revelation started the dominic and the Corleones tried to escape from cuba to the airlines when aldo was shot by a sniper which makes dominic the new don but made him enraged by this and swore revenge on the perpetrator by starting to build his new criminal empire he than fighting the Rosato brothers as payback for trying to have frank murdered. after hearing of dominic's success Hyman hired him to take down the Granados because of their close ties to the Castro government and help him save a CIA ally of his, he then was working with Henry Mitchelle to assassinate one of the important figures in Castro's circle Alejandro Almedia who was the cousin of a cuban crime lord and Aldo's killer Esteban Almedia. Shortley after his return to new York he started a short alliance with the Magnanos who they later tried to assassinate Fredo Corleone in retaliation he attacks their territories and controls them in which Roth hired him to assassinate castro for him so he can regain control over cuba, after the failed assassination he was sent back to new york to meet Michael who was enraged at dominic for starting a gang war which caused him to fix the problem by eliminating the families while exacting revenge on Esteban for the death of Aldo, later dominic was given orders by Michael to kill his brother Fredo which he than was on a boat at lake tahoe shooting him in the head leaving dominic heartbroken.

- Interestingly Dominic wanting revenge on Esteban for killing Aldo is just like how aldo wanted revenge on Emilio for killing his father.
