Saint Donquixote Mjosgard is a supporting character in the One Piece franchise. He was a member of the Donquixote family and a former Celestial Dragon. After meeting Otohime and saving his life after he crashed at Fishman Island, Mjosgard sought out to atone for his actions by ceasing to owning slaves and became an adamant protector of Fish-Men race, something which is unheard of from a World Noble. He was soon executed by Figarland Garling.
His voice is provided by the late Tetsuo Gotō and Masami Kikuchi in the Japanese version, and by Dallas Reid in the English version.
Appearance[]
Mjosgard is a tall man with green hair and bulbous nose. He has a facial hair and his lips are thick. He wore the traditional World Noble outfit consisting of a white suit which has a protective bubble that houses his head and pair of black gloves.
Personality[]
Prior to his redemption, Mjosgard is like any other World Nobles; arrogant, elitist, and a god-wannabe who thinks himself as untouchable as he pleases to oppress the lower class without much repercussion. When his ship crashed at Fishman Island, Mjosgard has no hesitation in shooting the fishmen and merfolk in the area. He shows fear when he realized that he is virtually powerless in the island and his slaves can retaliate against him without much consequences. Despite his initial meeting with Queen Otohime, Mjosgard still shows ungratefulness.

However after Queen Otohime accompany him to Mary Geoise, Mjosgard began changing his heart, eventually renouncing his ways of slavery as he was indebted to her for her hospitality. Mjosgard shows disgust against his past actions as well his fellow Celestial Dragons to the point of calling for help to lawless pirates and protecting the Neptune family against the World Nobles. This ultimately costs him his life as he was executed by Figarland Garling for standing up for the Fishmen race.
Abilities[]
Like all World Nobles, Donquixote Mjosgard has absolute wealth and authority that allows him to do anything as he pleases. This includes slavery and shooting others whom he deems a threat to him. Should he gets offended, he is capable of summoning a Marine Admiral.
Mjosgard shows to be using a club when Saint Charlos attempted to enslave Shirahoshi, Mjosgard hits him.

- His favorite food is foie gras, a special food made from duck liver via force feeding which has been a specialty amongst nobles.
- He is the only member of the Donquixote family to have green hair instead of the usual blonde hair.
- His name is possibly derived from Mjölnir and Ásgarðr.
