Dori Sangemah Bay is a playable Electro character in Genshin Impact, As a merchant well known for her ability to obtain anything a person needs despite high regard, Dori has caught the Matras' attention. Therefore, she manages to vet all potential customers to prevent her, her employees and potential customers from liability.
She was voiced by Wang Xiaotong in Chinese, Tomoko Kaneda in Japanese, Lee Myeong-ho in Korean, and Anjali Kunapaneni in English. Tomoko also voiced Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck in Bleach. Anjali also voiced Lemon Irvine in MASHLE: Magic and Muscles, Kiruko in Heavenly Delusion, and Yuki Tsukumo in Jujutsu Kaisen.

Dori is a short-stature woman with messy pink hair and a small hairpin with several tufts around different directions, a large purple hat with white and purple feathers with grey gemstone, gold sunglasses with dark purple shades, a black cropped top with a large blue gem, a detached white sleeve, purple baggy pants with a pink-purple scarf with gold jewel, a black sandal, and her pink nail polish.

Dori is satisfying, greedy and resourceful against their customers. She has been very wealthy her entire life, for she has an older sister and family who have an illness and can't afford the treatment for all time. She tried her best, so hard to give some more to someone.
