Dr. John H. Watson, is a character appearing in Tom and Jerry Meet Sherlock Holmes, as Sherlock Holmes’s partner. He is voiced by John Rhys-Davies.

Watson runs home where Sherlock is already, about to solve his latest case, and he already knows what's wrong with the doctor and so, while they chat, Sherlock tells Jerry to go get the paper. He returns with Tom who was looking for Holmes and the four go to Miss Red, who seems to have information on the case.
Once there, they talk to Red and go to her house and find a secret tunnel where it leads to the museum and there they find the stolen diamond and a porcelain button. Sherlock tells Tom and Jerry to take Miss Red to her house for safety so that she will read that she is guilty, while he and Watson look for where the button came from.
They find a goose pen in the pants of whoever bought the button and believe that the culprit is a goose, and so they look in vain for a goose, but then Holmes realizes the eclipse is what the criminal needs and they run to the Tower of London to save the Crown Jewels.
They all manage to capture Moriarty, Tin, Pan & Alley.
Watson is last seen at Miss Red's wedding.
