Dr. Samuel Loopus is the one few main protagonists in Snowy the Frostman. As the seventh episode Dr. Glen reveal to him he was given a drug with a side effect of Immortality. He also happen to reappear in The Dr. Loopus Mystery Hour as a Paranormal Investigator.
