Dr. Paula Hutchison is a recurring character from Rocko's Modern Life. Hutchison was originally Rocko's dentist but has shifted jobs multiple times, often filling in for whatever service was needed around town. Hutchison takes each of her jobs very seriously despite her otherwise perky demeanor. Hutchison eventually started dating and married Rocko's friend, Filbert. Her Family disapproves of her relationship and later marriage with Filburt and even Filburt seems unsure of what she sees in him but nothing has affected Paula and Filburt's feelings for each other.
Personality
Dr. Hutchison is a cat dentist with a hook hand and a big smile on her face. She is usually very affable and jovial with other characters. She has an attraction with Filburt, much to the ire of her family. Likewise, she is quite close with her father.
