Dr. Shifty Fitzgibbons is a major character in The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants In Space cartoon show.
Biography[]
Dr. Shifty Fitzgibbons is not your typical doctor; in fact, he is far from it. Beyond the façade of a human appearance lies an extraordinary being known as Itsius Bitsian, an alien from the kind known as the Littlelites. Taking on the guise of Dr. Fitzgibbons, Itsius Bitsian has blended seamlessly into human society, all in the name of safeguarding his fellow aliens from the relentless threat posed by the formidable Biglyans. He also helps George, Harold, Captain Underpants, Moxie, the Cosimcops, and the other kids to save the earth from the Biglayns.
Appearance[]
The alien was easily distinguishable by his vibrant appearance, adorned in striking red hues and adorned with a unique choice of yellow grass for camouflage.
