We are the holders of the secret and the protectors of humans and dragons alike.
~ Jun describes herself and the Dragon Club.

The Dragon Club is modern organization of the Dragon Riders in 2000 age, that operating in the area around the Kullersen Fissure and the main protagonistic faction of the TV Show, Dragons: The Nine Realms.

This club was created by four teenage boys: Tom Kullersen, D'Angelo Baker, Jun Wong and Alex Gonzalez, and four dragons, Thunder, Wu and Wei, Plowhorn and Feathers. The purpose was to keep secret the existence of the Hidden World where dragons live.

Background[]

It all starts when Tom and Jun find an injured Gembreaker and decide to help her, then Angelo accidentally joins them after he comes to visit and they end up accidentally telling Dragon Club. The club has been made official, although Tom wanted him to there were only two of them who kept the secret of the dragons, as she feared that Angelo would also tell his parents. However, Jun convinces him to let him in as he has undergone training to help injured animals, making him the best choice to help the Gembreaker. While the boys go to where they have hidden the dragons, Tom tells Angelo that the number one rule of the Dragon Club is that you shouldn't tell anyone about it.

After Angelo enters the Hidden World, they find the injured Gembreaker and with a little help heal her and drive away the other Gembreakers who damaged her. Subsequently, D'Angelo bonded with her female dragon affectionately renaming her Plowhorn and joined the club.

Trivia[]

  • Like the first dragon riders of Berk, the group is of young teenagers that befriend and protect dragons, while the lead dragon rider rides a type of fury dragon.
  • It is possible that in the season 1 finale that the Night Fury crest of the Strike Class is now the symbol of the Dragon Club.
    • As of Season 3, Tom uses this crest on his Fire Suit, whereas Jun, D'Angelo, & Alex each make their own crests based on their own dragons.
