The Dragon Killer Brave is the one of the supporting characters of Brave Animated Series, based on the comic Brave Series (勇者系列) by Yellow Book. He is the former Brave who defected from the Brave Kingdom and becomes the leader of the Dragon Clan and the founder of the Anti-War Alliance. He has a dragon wife called Blue Drgon, a daughter called Dragon Girl (now Dragon Brave) and a brother-in-law called Red Dragon.
He is voiced by Taiwanese dubbing actor Niu Kai Yang.
Biography[]
Initially hailed as one of humanity's greatest champions, Dragon Killer Brave was tasked with exterminating the Dragon clan. His life was fundamentally changed when he encountered and fell in love with a powerful dragon, General Blue Dragon. This relationship led him to question his previous mission and the core values of the Brave Kingdom. After marrying his dragon wife and fathering a hhuman-dragon daughter, he betrayed Brave Kingdom and became a prominent figure in the Dragon clan. His defection and subsequent actions, which included fighting and potentially killing former human comrades, led the Brave Kingdom to label him a traitor and an arch-enemy. He now serves as the Leader of the Dragon Race, taking the mantle from the former Dragon Queen. He is the figurehead for a revolutionary multi-species faction known as the Anti-War Alliance, which includes the Giants, Seafolks, and Undeads, all united against the oppressive and warmongering Brave Kingdom.
Appereance[]
He has gray long hair, scruffy face with a crown and a red mark on his face. He wears a black short-sleeved coat and pants, and shows some chest and abdominal muscles.
Personality[]
Dragon Killer Brave's most defining trait is his profound compassion and loyalty to his family. His decision to abandon his race and title was a direct result of his love, proving that his personal values outweigh his racial duty. He is the primary voice of the anti-war movement among the non-human races. While willing to fight to protect his people, his ultimate goal is not revenge or domination, but a lasting peace for his family and all marginalized races. He is determined to seek a diplomatic solution, even under duress, as evidenced by his negotiations with the Morewant and his resolve after his daughter was taken hostage by Business King.
