Donald Parker (mostly known as Dumb Donald) is one of the main characters of Fat Albert & the Cosby Kids.
Personality[]
Dumb Donald is a nice fellow, if a little dim-witted and slow. He usually likes to have fun and laugh at the slightest opportunity and doesn't think twice when it comes to help a friend in need alongside his friend Fat Albert and the gang.
Appearance[]
Dumb Donald has tan skin and big eyes, bigger than that of any other characters, and wears a green sweater with blue stripes on the shoulder area, blue shorts and blue shoes, and a long winter hat that covers his eyes and nose, though he made two eyeholes to see through.

Trivia[]
- Like most of the characters of the show, Dumb Donald is based on a friend Bill Cosby had growing up.
- He was never seen without his hat in the original show, though at the end of the movie he took it off in the cartoon world, revealing that he had no face, though it is dubious if this can be considered "canon" to the original show, seeing how the movie greatly differs from the show in terms of storytelling and in-universe lore.
