Emily Cratchit is the wife of Bob Cratchit and a supporting character of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. She is also the mother of Tiny Tim Cratchit. She does not think highly of Ebenezer Scrooge and is frankly vocal about her opinion.
Emily Cratchit is seen in a vision by the Ghost of Christmas Present celebrating Christmas with her husband and children. When Bob pronounces Scrooge as "The Founder of the Feast", Emily replies with "I wish I had him here, I'd give him a piece of my mind to feast upon!" Bob reminds her about Christmas and the children, so she still toasts him. Later on in a vision made by the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, she is seen mourning over the death of her son, Tiny Tim. Scrooge, feeling guilty for Tim's death, is shocked by this. Later on, after Scrooge raises Cratchit's salary and Tiny Tim becomes well, Emily finally accepts Scrooge and realizes he isn't all that bad.
