Enri Emmot is one the secondary supproting characters of the Overlord series.

She was born in Carne Village alongside her younger sister Nemu.
However tragically struck during Sunset Scripture’s attack on Carne Village where her parents where killed to buy her time to flee with Nemu. However she and Nemu was corned where the knights where about to deliver an killing blow until Ainz Ooal Gown shown up and easily dealt with the two knights. Ainz offered an healing potion to her but Nemu mistook it for blood and try to refuse her to drink it, though Albedo attempt to punish them for refusing Ainz' generosity but Ainz stop her and explain to Enri and Nemu it was healing potion where Enri drink it to heal herself. Ainz protected them with an barrier and gave then two Horns of the Goblin General to be safe.
Later on she used one of the horns to summon in Goblins to help rebuild the village where Ainz (as Momon) and Narberal Gamma (As Nabe) arrive with Nfirea Bareare for herbs.
Eventually later on she lives with Nfirea Bareare and his grandmother after moving into Carne Village to help recreate Red Potion for Ainz. She also seemly befriend Lupusregina Beta who were sent to protect her, Nemu (Later on), Nfirea and his grandmother by any means. She eventually help lead the village to defend against Trolls.
Later on when Prince Barbro and his army were sent to question the villagers before deciding to hold them hostage, she refused to surrender to them due to being debt to Ainz, not to mention Re-Estate refused to hear their pleas for help in time of need where Ainz came to them instead and so evacuated women and children to back gate though knights were stationed there forcing to use her second horn to call in Goblin Army which allow them to fend off the Prince's forces.

- She is aware Ainz is an undead even with the memory wipe and feels like he is more human than he think he is.
- Ainz ends up comparing her to an manga protagonist due to her leveling up faster compared to other New World humans and manage to summon an army of Goblins from a hidden effect of Horn of the Goblin General.
- She is likely unaware of Ainz Ool Gown's evil acts and even if she were she likely still serve him due to saving her life and village's so she would still respect him, though would likely have some fear in him a bit.
- She one of few New World resident humans to have a member of Nazarack aside from Ainz Ool Gown as she manage to gain the respect Lupusregina Beta who usually see humans nothing more than playthings (though don’t hate them unlike Narberal Gamma).
