Escoffier is a playable character in the 2020 video game Genshin Impact. She is the current chef of Fleuve Cendre and the former head chef of Hotel Debord.
She is voiced by Emily Cass in English, Cai Haiting in Chinese, Satō Satomi in Japanese, and Son Jung-min in Korean. Satō Satomi has voiced Wendy Marvell from Fairy Tail, Eru Chitanda from the Hyouka anime, and female Corrin from Fire Emblem.
Appearance[]
Escoffier is a medium tall woman with pale skin and bluish colored cyan eyes with pink pupils. Her hair is golden blond with that is hip length,
She wears a small white chef hat with ruffles and a dark teal ribbon wrapped around the chef hat and a gold heart-shaped metal design and black part with gold rims along with two small teal blue bows. Attached to the bow is her Cryo Vision with a small teal spoon and fork clip
She also wears a white apron-dress layer having cutouts on the sides with white and gold ruffles having large golden buttons, white cuffs with maroon frills with a maroon collar with light teal and gold detailing, a maroon, blackish gray dark purple and white skirt with a bow having white lines on the purple ruffle parts, the back parts are black with sliver designs and extend slightly farther down, Thigh-high white stockings with white lines and bow and heart designs and Black heels with gold accents and teal soles.
Additionally, Escoffier wears a maroon and gold Self-Adapting Movement Signal Tracking Support Mek on her back. It is shaped like a fork, and many people often mistake it as a tail.
Personality[]
Escoffier is a perfectionist when it comes to cooking. She gets excited when she perfects a recipe, but if she doesn't like it she brushes it off an tries again. She is critical when it comes to judging the food and cooking skills of people.
Background[]
Originally the head chef of Hotel Debord, Escoffier worked with fellow chefs Savanna and Monica, there she would recreate a famous Fontanian cake called a Gateau Debord. Thus making the Hotel famous.
However one day, someone filed a complaint of an illegal drug being found in the food. Escoffier took the blame and was sentenced to the Fortress of Meropide. After serving her time there Escoffier didn't return to Hotel Debord and instead chose to cook at Fleuve Cendre.
