The Ex-Requiem Crew are a minor organization in the 2023 first-person shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, the main protagonists of the 2024 and 2025 first-person shooters Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.

On February 19th, 1991 Maya Aguinaldo and William Peck infiltrated Terminus Island and managed to free Grigori Weaver, Elizabeth Grey, Oskar Strauss, Mackenzie Carver and Stoney "Raptor One" Maddox, before S.A.M. unleashed a massive undead horde on them, simultaneously to that at Liberty Falls in Virginia. They managed to free Maya's brother, Nathan, but were forced to kill them when he was revealed as a heavily mutated cabalistic creature. Following the altercation, they went to find Dr. Revati Modi responsible for Nathan's transformation, and unfortunately watched her be devoured by a mutated Owen Guthrie. After killing Guthrie, they traveled to Avalon in search of a Gabriel Krafft.
Upon arriving in Avalon, Maya went after the one who sold her brother to Modi, François Moreau while the Ex-Requiem Crew went to recruit Sergei Ravenov and find a way to rescue Samantha Maxis. Ravenov showed them the location of Krafft, and had him show them the Sentinel Artifact. After Moreau's death, they were told by Krafft that several zombies were breaking into his cell. Once they found him, they discovered him fatally wounded. Just before he died, Krafft told them that Edward Richtofen was infact his adoptive son.
After being told by Krafft to travel to a dig site, they made their way there on the 25th and used the voice of Sir Archibald Fotherington-Smythe, whom was killed by a mimic back in 1908, to find the Sentinel Artifact. They were then told by S.A.M. on Richtofen's location.
On the 28th, the Ex-Requiem Crew traveled to Liberty Falls to find Richtofen. Unfortunately, they were ambushed by several zombies and during this time S.A.M. revealed her true intentions. They were then sent to a pocket dimension were they found Richtofen. They then partnered with him to find and kill S.A.M..
The then traveled to Janus Towers to confront S.A.M. when they were contacted by John Blanchard to find and kill Pericles Panos. Depending on their actions, they could either kill Blanchard or Panos. They would then be given a dilemma to either kill Richtofen or S.A.M..
Black Ops 7[]
Upon arriving in the Dark Aether, Weaver, Carver, Grey and Maya were introduced to Takeo Masaki, Nikolai Belinski, "Tank" Dempsey and an alternate version of Edward Richtofen. Just then, an unknown individual, later revealing himself as The Warden, arrived and stole their spiritus, before unleashing a massive horde of Zombies for them to fight.
They would then track down Veytharion to restore their spiritus. After uncovering Dempsey's past in his timeline and defeating Veytharion, he gave both him and Maya their spiritus back, and The Entity sent them to space.
Modern Warfare III[]
Sometime after August 15th, 1996 Strauss, Weaver, Grey and Carver took the remaining Aetherium and traveled to Zaravan, Urzikstan were they entombed themselves inside a building and soon after died from exposure to the Dark Aether. Decades later in 2021, Victor Zakhaev found their corpses and stole the Aetherium before detonating it in Zaravan, sparking the formation of Operation Deadbolt.
Sometime after, Ravenov would recount his time with Strauss after being asked about him by Johnny "Soap" MacTavish. Ava would then have a nightmare showing the former members of Requiem, excluding Ravenov, Maya, Peck and Raptor One as zombies.
