When Alien Empera temporary conquered the Land of Light with his army of aliens and monsters, during the Great Ultra War. The Ultras fought back against Alien Empera, Ultraman Ken was one of the participants of the war and was responsible for causing the Emperor's and his forces retreat from their invasion after Ken challenges Alien Empera to a sword duel with both sides receving a wound on their bodies, as a reminder of the battle during the war. A wounded Ken will meet Marie that time, whom treated Ken's wounds. Eventually Ken and Marie will marry each other and rebuilds the Space Garrison, and become to known as Mother of Ultra and Father of Ultra. Father of Ultra would also adopt the son of his deceased friend, Ultraman Ace. When Father of Ultra was elevated to the Supreme Commander of the Space Garrison, one of his comrades, a veteran of the Great Ultra War, Ultraman Belial, was mentally hurt with his pride and sought to take the Plasma Spark but failed. Father of Ultra and the Space Garrison caught him and exiled him from the Land of light. When Belial after his merger with Alien Reiblood returns for revenge, Father of Ultra saved his wife and a wounded Zoffy from Belial but got defeated by Belial as well until Ultraman King's arrival stopped Belial and forming the space prison to seal him.
