The Fazbear Technician is the main protagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2.They are a mysterious technician working for Fazbear Entertainment who finds themself trapped in the ruins of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place stuck inside the V.A.N.N.I. network.
Appearance[]
The Fazbear Technician's physical appearance is never revealed throughout the game. However, in Princess Quest IV, they are depicted as a humanoid avatar made out of light blue static operating the game's arcade cabinet.
History[]
Past[]
The precise past of the Fazbear Technician is shrouded in mystery. However, it is implied that they are Cassie's father, mentioned throughout Ruin. Given his familiarity with a mask of Bonnie, it is also speculated that he is one of Michael Afton's old friends, namely the one who wore a Bonnie mask while bulling Michael's younger brother, as seen in the Five Nights at Freddy's 4 minigames. One of Candy Cadet's stories seems to imply that he is Jeremy from Help Wanted, who managed to survive his encounter with Glitchtrap. It is also implied that he is Jeremy Fitzgerald from FNAF 2, who managed to survive the Bite of ‘87 but lost some of his abilities.
Help Wanted 2[]
The Technician is the last remaining human employee after the events of Security Breach, and is situated within the remains of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place, playing through virtual simulations as part of on-the-job training. About half way through the game, the protagonist is granted a Faz-Wrench, which enables him to open a door and disable an AR inhibitor, allowing him to able to take off the V.A.N.N.I. Security Mask he was wearing, allowing him to see Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place as it really is after the fire
It is implied by Mystic Hippo's comment about how he should "really look at [his] hands", which are digital whether he's wearing a V.A.N.N.I. mask or not, that the technician is dead and is entrapped within the V.A.N.N.I. Network.
