Fecilla is a major character and former antagonist of the Japanese Light Novel series The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash. She is Ivy's older sister and daughter of both Tablo and Furefe, and the younger sister of her brother, Feton.
At first, she seemingly torments Ivy due to the law of Latomi Village that starless are curse, which was enforced by the delusional Village Chief (who later being called as an Idiot Head). In reality, she just acted against Ivy out of fear of being mistreated due to having only one star and deep down she felt remorse for her actions and never wished to hurt Ivy. After her sister's exile, Latomi Village fell into a decline terrible situation as the zaro fruit crops became unsellable, and people began to leave their homes because of the Idiot Head. In addtion, Fecilla started to suffer from abuse and neglect from her family due to her star count.
Once Fecilla realized how corrupted Latomi Village and her family were, she notified the Latome Village's knights of her family's actions towards her and her sister. The Knights soon arrested Fecilla's parents and brother, the Village Head and the other villagers who still followed the Idiot Head for their various crimes, especially against Fecilla and Ivy, and were sentenced to the mines as criminal slaves, with Tablo and Furefe getting 55 years, Feton 38 years and the Village Head a life sentence.
Fecilla was soon taken into the Knights of Latome as a supervisor for 8 years to become a knight. Having disowned her parents and brother she has been adopted by the Knight's captain, Oguto, as his own daughter. Though she was told by him that her sister had been found dead, she is positive that Ivy is alive and hopes to reunite and reconcile with her.
She was voiced by Seira Ryū in Japanese and Bryn Apprill in English.

Fecilla is a young girl who has a strong resemblance of her younger sister, Ivy. She has a long green hair and red eyes.
Personality[]
After her sister's exile, Fecilla was too suffered a miserable life as Ivy when she was abused by her parents and bullied by her older brother, Feton for being weak. Her suffering has caused Fecilla to lose all her respects for her village and her love for her family as well replacing it to a complete hatred towards her home village and her family. She has no problem of notifying the Latome Village's knights of her family's misdeeds and the Idiot Head's crimes towards her and her little sister Ivy, where her family were arrested and sentence to a mine as criminal slaves even for Fecilla to disowning Tablo, Furefe and Feton as her family due to their abusive behaviors towards Fecilla and Ivy when they are completely blinded by the Idiot Village Head.
After joining the Latome Village's knights, she became kinder and positive. She developed her new family love for Oguto and considered him as her true father when she was adopted as his daughter after she disowned her parents and brother. She is also positive that her sister is alive and hoping if she meets her again, she will reconcile her actions.
