Felicia Mitsuki is one of the five main characters in Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica Side Story. She is a magical girl who works as a mercenary who hunts down witches all over Kamihama with the power to alter the memories of others.
Appearance[]
In her human form, Felicia has long blonde hair tied into two pigtails held by scrunchies made of tiny blue pearls. Her eyes are lavender and she's almost never seen without her school uniform.
As a Magical Girl, Felicia now wears an outfit with a light lavender color scheme, including a lavender hood with two golden horns on each side, with round steampunk-esque goggles strapped on top of it, a dark crop top with the cleavage area being a lavender color with oversized, detached sleeves coming in a pale, deep shade of brown. She wears a pair of dark brown, fingerless gloves under her sleeves. She also wears a skirt with two layers, the top one being lavender while the bottom layer is dark brown, and baggy, pale brown socks paired with thick, brown boots. She also wears light brown buckled belts just below her breasts and around her waist, which are connected to each other through a chain where her Soul Gem resides. Around her neck, she sports a massive lavender scarf with its two ends draping around her back and being tied with black ribbons. She also wields an enormous mallet decorated with purple crystals.
Personality[]
Felicia is a rough, mischievous, and hot-headed tomboy. Thanks to a side-effect of her wish rewriting her memories to make her to believe that her parents were killed by witches, she has a scornful, murderous side that mainly shows itself around them. An upbeat, unyielding, and unfettered magical girl, she lives as a "mercenary" waging war against witches all over Kamihama to find the culprit behind her parents' death. She has a knack for making wild expressions during battle that seem to be inspired by the shounen manga she reads. However, she is gentle at heart and has a strong love for animals, particularly cows as she believes that cows bring families together and give good food and milk to nourish them.
