Fennec Shand is a major character in the 2019 Disney+ live-action series The Mandalorian, a supporting character in the 2021 animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch, and the deuteragonist of the 2021-2022 live-action miniseries The Book of Boba Fett, a spin-off of The Mandalorian.
She is a master assassin who had been active since the rise of the Galactic Empire. Following an unfortunate confrontation on Tatooine, Fennec was left for dead until she was rescued by the former bounty hunter Boba Fett, whom she would later ally with to reclaim criminal territory from the late Jabba the Hutt.
She is portrayed by Ming-Na Wen, who's also known for voicing Fa Mulan in Mulan, Aki Ross in Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within and a disguised Mushu in Mulan II.

The Bad Batch[]
After the Clone War, Fennec took care of her mercenary work, and on many occasions she caused annoyance to Clone Force 99 and their clone friend, Omega. She even tried to capture Omega, just like Cad Bane too, but she was really hired by Kaminoan scientist Nala Se to prevent the Prime Minister of Kamino Lama Su from retrieving Omega.
The Mandalorian[]
While Fennec was staying at Tatooine after the fall of the Galactic Empire and the time of the New Republic, a Mandalorian bounty hunter, Din Djarin, and another bounty hunter, Toro Calican, were chasing her and trying to capture her. When Din and Toro tried to capture her, it wasn’t cheap because she tried to kill them by shooting. Then when Toro shot her, she was left to die in the sands of Tatooine, but when Boba Fett came to the scene and found her, he saved her by turning her into a cyborg. After that, she started working for Boba. Later, when Din and Grogu traveled to the planet Tython, she and Boba followed them, trying to get Din to give Boba's armor back to Boba, although they first tried to kill Grogu, but then they made an offer with Din; if Din gave Boba's armor back to Boba, she and Boba would ensure Din and Grogu's safety. But when Moff Gideon's troops attacked them, they repulsed the Stormtroopers, and at the same time Boba managed to retrieve his armor from Din's ship, the Razor Crest, before the Razor Crest was destroyed. And when Moff Gideon’s Dark Troopers took Grogu, she and Boba decided to help Din get Grogu back to pay his debt to Din for returning Boba’s armor to Boba. When she, Boba, and Din visited Cara Dune, they also assisted Migs Mayfeld, a former sharpshooter of the Empire, and traveled with him to Morak in an attempt to obtain the coordinates of Moff Gideon’s light cruiser. When they got the coordinates and let Mayfeld leave freely, they also recruited Bo-Katan and Koska to help rescue Grogu, and when they strayed to get Moff Gideon inside the light cruiser, she, Din, Cara, Bo-Katan, and Koska got inside the light cruiser and they were scattered so that he, Cara, Bo-Kata, and Koska would take care of Moff Gideon and Din would save Grogu. But when Moff Gideon's Dark Troopers tried to get on the bridge to destroy them, fortunately their Jedi Knight, Luke Skywalker, came aboard his own X-Wing inside Gideon's light cruiser, and began destroying the Black Troopers as he progressed to the bridge. And when Luke arrived on the bridge with R2-D2, and Grogu left with them after that, she and Boba then returned to Tatooine, where she and Boba went to the palace of Jabba the Hutt, where Jabba's majordomo, Bib Fortuna, had taken power over Jabba's former criminal empire. In the palace, she and Boba killed Fortuna's minions and freed all the slaves, and when Boba killed Bib Fortuna and ascended the throne of Jabba, Boba began to rule alongside her when Jabba's former criminal empire became Boba Fett's criminal empire.
