Captain Troy Tempest is the main protagonist of the classic Gerry Anderson sci-fi program Stingray. He is the captain of the World Aquanaut Security Patrol (WASP) and pilot of their flagship craft of the show's same name. He is voiced by the late Don Mason.
Biography[]
Troy Tempest was born in New York on 4 January 2038. After completing school, Troy went to San Diego to attend the World Navy Academy because of his interest in marine and undersea culture. After graduating, he joined up with the World Aquanaut Security Patrol and eventually became their captain and pilot of the world's most sophisticated and technologically advanced underwater craft Stingray.

Troy is fearless, brave, sweet, loyal to his colleagues, strikingly handsome in appearance, a man of action, and is determined to get the task done even if he maybe risking his life or his career in the process.
