Calliope is a heroine in Andrew Hussie's webcomic Homestuck. Calliope is a green-blooded cherub who is obsessed with trolls. She also shares a body with her brother.
Appearance[]
Calliope takes the appearance of Caliborn as they both share a body. She has the head of a green skull and has light green cheeks. In her troll cosplay, she has the appearance of a girl with white hair, skin, and wiggly horns.

Personality[]
Calliope is a kind, gentle, and soft speaking cherub. She is implied to speak in a soft British accent. She is interested in trolls and spends most of her time cosplaying as one. Calliope has a trollsona she calls Callie Ohpeee. Her typing quirk is all lowercase, but she capitalizes every U, as opposite to her brother.

Act 6 Act 2[]
Act 6 Act 2 is when Calliope makes her first appearance. Although she is unseen she appears to be contacting Jane and Roxy under the name urianUmbra. She tells them about Caliborn and what she has to put up with every single day.
Act 6 Act 3[]
In Act 6 Act 3 she is finally revealed. She is seen in her room wearing her hand-made troll horns. She is confined to one half of her room via a chain on her leg she uses a slab, called a sarswapagus, to go to bed and let Caliborn take control. She found notes by Caliborn saying that she has no friends and that she's ugly. She wandered outside for a while before going to bed. While in bed it is revealed that she is a Prospit dreamer as she wakes up on the golden moon. On Prospit she is stabbed to death by Jack Noir, who was hired by Caliborn to kill her. This event leaves her as her ghost self for the remainder of the story until A6A6I5.
Act 6 Act 5 Act 1[]
In Act 6 Act 5 Act 1 she does not physically appear, instead it shows a hand-drawn story of the trolls that was created by her about a fight against the trolls and their Dancestors. During the story, Calliope was dressed as her trollsona. It also shows another illustration of Calliope, disguised as Callie, telling John Egbert to "wake up, sleepyhead!". Calliope's fan fictions are vandalized by Caliborn shortly after.
Afterwards, she would appear to Roxy, speaking to her through a firefly, before speaking to her directly. This communion is cut short by Rose, however, which sends Calliope into a panic, worried that Lord English will detect Rose and come directly for her, since Rose is a Light player. She makes them both wake up at once.
Act 6 Act 6 Intermission 4[]
In the post GAME OVER retcon, she is seen in a barren space with a stage. She is soon after joined by Jade Harley and Jane Crocker, and they all cosplay as their trollsonas. At the same time, Jade and Jane attempt to recall how they died, aided by Calliope's drawings.
Act 6 Act 6 Intermission 5[]
Calliope, Jane, and Jade talk about how the latter 2 are going to wake up. Calliope offers to wake them up via her wand, but they are interrupted by the stage they were on vanishing. The ring they are on glows brighter and brighter, before they start falling and sliding down the yellow spiral path. They walk down the path, before being transported into a dream bubble belonging to Jade, of Echidna's lair. Jane disappears, leaving just Jade and Calliope in the memory.
The two go deeper into the memory, before encountering Alt!Calliope, who is Calliope from a doomed timeline where she ended up predominating over Caliborn, and entering the dead session. Calliope follows her God Tier self, before hey speak to each other. It is revealed that the memory of Echidna's Lair belonged to Alt!Calloipe, and that was where she died. They converse some more, and Calliope is given one simple order: "live." She is transported out of the dream bubble, and encounters Roxy once more, who gives her the Ring of Life, bringing Calliope back to the Living World.
Roxy and Calliope are teleported to the Platform, along with the others, where Jasprosesprite^2 greets them both. Hilarity ensues between the Humans, Trolls, and the Cherub.
Act 7 + Beyond Canon[]
Calliope remains good friends with Rose and the others in Act 7, the Epilogues, and Homestuck^2.
