Debbie Stone is Mike Tobacco's girlfriend and the deuteragonist of Killer Klowns from Outer Space.

She and Mike Tobacco, a couple out for the romantic evening at the local make-out point, spot the newcomers and thinking the ship was a shooting star, they decide to investigate. They soon encounter the Klowns and barely escape capture, while the remaining teenagers are quickly killed by the aliens. She and Mike rush into town to warn others of the impending danger while the Klowns follow them into town. They first try to warn the police. Curtis Mooney, the police Sgt., is convinced that the couple are nothing more than kids trying to pull a prank. They are viewed with equal skepticism by another police officer, Dave Hanson, her ex-boyfriend.
