Kagome saw Kaguya traps Sango, Kohaku and Kilala and pins them to the pillars as Sango failed to save Inuyasha.
Kagome realized that her friends can't save Inuyasha when Miroku reveals that she's the only one who can stop the transformation and save Inuyasha.
"Inuyasha! I'm begging you! Please, don't change!"
