Lord Benjamin Bunny is Peter, Flopsy, Mopsy and Cottontail's cousin and a character in the Beatrix Potter books The Tale of Benjamin Bunny and The Tale of the Flopsy Bunnies. He also appears in the 1992 to 1995 series The World of Peter Rabbit and Friends, the 2012-2016 series Peter Rabbit.
As a younger rabbit, he would go with Peter into Mr. McGregor's garden to steal his vegetables.
When he grew up, Benjamin married Flopsy and had children with her.
Appearance[]
He is a light brown bunny and wears a brown coat. In the 2012 TV series, he also has a dark green hat.
Personality[]
Benjamin is a lot more likable and friendlier than he was in The Tale of Benjamin Bunny. While he's good-natured and loyal in the series, his original personality was focused more on him being greedy and not being scared of Mr. Mcgregor. While he's more of a coward and younger in this adaptation, he was also older than Peter in the original books.
Being a big eater, Benjamin is always hungry and delights in garden raids leading to potential food .
Benjamin is also a very well-mannered boy, who has no problems in making new friends, as shown him bonding with Lily during the series premiere whereas his older cousin got off on the wrong foot but eventually made friends with Lily as well.
