Rosie is the tritagonist of A Troll in Central Park. She is Gus' adorable toddler sister and is voiced by Tawny Sunshine-Glover. She is the first of the kids to befriend Stanley.

When Gus tries to take her away, her crying gets Gnorga's attention. Rosie is eventually kidnapped by Gnorga, but is saved by Gus and Stanley.

- Rosie's facial resembles that of Anne-Marie, who made a brief cameo in A Troll in Central Park. Anne-Marie's role was since disabled in the latter All Dogs Go to Heaven franchise because of Judith Barsi's tragedy back in July 1988.
