Duke (Isle of Dogs)

Duke is one of the main characters in the 2018 film Isle of Dogs. He is friends with Chief, King, Rex, and Boss.

He is voiced by Jeff Goldblum, who also played Ian Malcolm in the Jurassic Park franchise, David Levinson from Independence Day, and Professor Brody from Cats & Dogs.

Background[]

Duke was born in Megasaki City, Japan where he had on owner who gave him a balance diet, regular grooming, and a general physical which he received once a year. When the Dog Flu virus infected all dogs in Megasaki City, Duke was separated from his owner and taken to Trash Island where he became part of a pack that consisted of Chief, Rex, King, and Boss.

Physical Appearance[]

Duke resembles an Alaskan huskie with light gray and white fur while having blue eyes.

Personality[]

Duke likes to gossip with his friends and searches for any rumor he can hear so he share them with his friends whether the rumors are true or not. Duke says he also has a sweet tooth, something he inherited from his master.
