Elizabeth "Lizzie" Devine was Numbuh 1's girlfriend. She first appeared as the villain, but later she was a neutral character, because of her liking Numbuh 1 and sometimes yells at him, like spending time with the Kids Next Door instead of spending time with her and this is how they soon broke up. She was also an operative who earned herself as Numbuh 49.
She is voiced by Grey DeLisle.

Personality[]
Lizzie can very demanding and sometimes threatening. She has a huge crush on Numbuh 1. She first met Numbuh 1 in "Operation: L.I.Z.Z.I.E". and used a mind control helmet to make him stay with her instead of the Kids Next Door. Despite this, she shows that she can rather be polite to the KND. In "Operation: D.A.T.E.", she had earned the temporary position as Numbuh 49. After Numbuh 1 hurts her feelings and the Delightful Children From Down The Lane mind controlled all the party guests and Numbuh 1 and the Kids Next Door had to free all the party guests, Lizzie confronts Numbuh 1 and tries to throw punch at him as he jumped out of the way and allowed the mansion to be destroyed as she and Numbuh 1 hold hands as Numbuh 1 begins to have romantic feelings for Lizzie.
However, their relationship didn't go well, in "Operation: G.I.R.L.F.R.I.E.N.D.", Lizzie breaks up with Numbuh 1 after he leaves her several times during their date. She didn't appear in "Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y.", but she was last mentioned by Numbuh 3.

- Tom Warburton originally proposed a Codename: Kids Next Door sequel spin-off entitled Galactic: Kids Next Door, which would have focused on Numbuh 1's adventures as part of the Galactic Kids Next Door. Had the show been produced, it would have been revealed, according to the teaser trailer made by Warburton, that Lizzie was actually an undercover alien agent of the Galactic KND known as Numbuh Vine. However, as the show wasn't produced, it's unknown if this detail is canon or not.
