Llane Wrynn was King of Stormwind in the Warcraft franchise and Varian Wrynn's father in the Warcraft
franchise.
In his childhood, Llane was friends with Medivh and Anduin Lothar. They were attacked by forest trolls in one occasion but were runned off by Llane and his friends. Llane later became prince and had a son, Varian Wrynn whom he trained to be a warrior. A year after the orc's attack on Stormwind and Adamant Wrynn died, Llane became king. Wrynn kept fighting the orcs in his term and was visited by a stranger. The stranger revealed that Medivh was working with the orcs but Llane refused to believe that his friend would betray Stormwind. Llane tried to lead counterattack to protect his kingdom. Llane underestimated orcs as he watches them attack Stormwind. Garona Halforcen came to Stormwind and killed Llane Wrynn. She later gave Llane's heart to the Shadow Council as proof of his death.
