Sally is a high school student who is adopted by a U.S. Senator. She takes a role as an agent alongside Boris Bartok, the monster movie actor. Together, they are at odds with the revenge-seeking gangster, Rico Stark.

Sally is an teenage girl who has light skin complexion, blue eyes and blond hair. She also wears a blue shirt, pink leggings, black high-heeled shoes and black brunette on her hair.
