Sergeant Wallcroft is a minor character in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, and a supporting character in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Wallcroft also appears in Call of Duty: Heroes as a playable character in the hero unit, being playable after beating the Africa Campaign.

He is a member of the British Special Air Service, who assists Captain Price in retrieving intel on the ship in "Crew Expendable". Wallcroft later became a squad leader by 2016, and attempted to stop the Inner Circle's unknown cargo that was later revealed to be a deadly chemical.

He was voiced by Craig Fairbrass, who also voiced Gaz in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Simon "Ghost" Riley in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and Tee in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Early Life[]

Wallcroft joined the Special Air Service before the events of the series, and reached to the rank of sergeant.

Modern Warfare[]

Wallcroft worked with Captain Price, Lieutenant Gaz, Private Griffen and Sergeant John "Soap" MacTavish on retrieving a bomb headed to the Middle East. Wallcroft and Griffen were ordered to cover Captain Price's back while the rest went into the ship, but an MiG airstrike came on the way to destroy the ship. Wallcroft and Griffen fled to the evac chopper, as the group managed to make it to the chopper before the ship went underwater.

Modern Warfare 3[]

During World War III, Wallcroft became an SAS squad leader, and was assigned to intercept a group of 5 trucks containing unknown cargo by Baseplate. Wallcroft worked with Griffen and Marcus Burns, and the squad intercepted one of the trucks that was still at the docks, but it didn't have the cargo. Wallcroft and the squad then battled more Inner Circle soldiers and went into the subway where another truck was suspected of holding the contents, and attempted to stop the truck and its driver. After dodging trains and civilians, the leading truck driver was shot and killed, causing the truck to crash and derail the train.

Wallcroft and Burns survived the incident, but Griffen and the other SAS soldiers were killed in the crash. Wallcroft and Burns then battled their way through the subway station, and met up with the local police outside. When another truck was suspected of passing through, Wallcroft, Burns, the SAS and police blocked the road and stopped the truck. Securing the truck, Wallcroft tried to contact Baseplate for a report on the other trucks, but another truck exploded near the Palace of Westminster. The explosion killed a family and dozens of civilians, and released a deadly chemical that infected the population. Wallcroft and Burns survived the incident, and the former is later heard reporting that Downing Street is within the contamination radius.

In Soap's journal, he states that it was Wallcroft's idea that it was faster switching to a pistol than reloading your primary.
He is the announcer of the SAS team in multiplayer.
