The Fletcher is a minor protagonist in Season 3 of the AvM Shorts, serving as the tritagonist of "Titan Ravager", a supporting protagonist in "The Raid" and a minor protagonist in "The King".

Originally just a random Villager, after meeting Yellow and Blue, he becomes a hero who helps in defending his village from various threats.

History

Season 3

"Titan Ravager"

After the Three Villagers show Yellow and Blue their ruined crops, the Fletcher arrives to tell them that all their animals have been eaten by the same beast that ate their crops. The beast is revealed to be a Titan Ravager. The Fletcher tries to attack it with a crossbow, but he's smacked away. A few minutes later, after awakening from the blow, he's one of the villagers that helps Yellow and Blue tame the beast; while the Three Villagers plant the food, the Fletcher is the one to control the machine Yellow created. Eventually, the Ravager brings in two more of its kind; while the Fletcher tries to feed the bigger one, both of them are killed while the first Titan Ravager runs away. The killer of the titans, King Orange, invites Yellow and Blue to get out of the village through a Nether portal, and the two follow.

"The Raid"

Once Yellow and Blue return to the village, they find it being raided by Illagers. After being captured by the Illagers, the two stick figures reunite with the Villagers inside their cage. Once Yellow shows them a command block, the Fletcher brings in an Armorer and a Weaponsmith; the three villagers lead Yellow away into secret passageways, from which the Weaponsmith crafts a staff while the Armorer enhances it. While Blue and the Musketeers start an uprising and fight back against the Illagers, Yellow and the Fletcher escape the village. Eventually, they find a cave, in which the Titan Ravager resides; Recognizing the command block as the weapon that killed its family, it originally backs away in fear, but once Yellow shows he doesn't want to hurt it, it calms down. Through a simulation, the Titan Ravager realises Yellow wants to team up so they could defeat King Orange together; the beast agrees to the offer, and the trio goes back to the village where the mere presence of the giant scares all the Illagers away. The Fletcher watches as Yellow, Blue and the Titan Ravager go into a Nether portal.

"The King"

He makes a minor cameo when the Nether portal to his world is absorbed by King Orange's black hole, with him being sucked into it, and appears once again for a split second once the Second Coming manages to save all of Minecraft and destroy the black hole, being sucked back into the Nether portal. He returns in the credits fighting the Witch alongside the Three Villagers and the Titan Ravager's newly resurrected family, proving he continues to rescue his village from threats.

Season 4

"The Chef"

The Fletcher makes a minor cameo. When the stick gang split up to learn different recipes for the Chef, the Fletcher lets Blue borrow his horse.

"Note Block Concert"

He and his horse make a cameo while watching Green's concert. When the Silverfish called in its friends during the concert, many of them crawled through the Fletcher and his horse's space, much to their disgust.
